Founded in 2003, BMA Construction & Development LLC is a full service construction and land development company. Through the ensuing years we have grown into a very experienced construction company both in commercial and residential buildings.

We have been involved in many challenging and rewarding construction projects in the past and are currently involved with many projects that are both challenging and complex.

BMA’s experience working with city planners, municipal building officials, engineers, designers and architects has helped hone our skills allowing us to provide construction services for some of the largest companies in the State of Utah. We have a seasoned management team well qualified and skilled in all aspects of the building trades. Our people are computer literate using the best practice tools to better manage our projects. We use Sage Timberline PM Software, Sure Trak scheduling software, MS Project, AutoCAD design software, and other industry standard software. Having these tools and the skills necessary to use these tools better allows to closely manage our projects form design through completion.

BMA holds membership with the following organizations: AGC of Utah, Utah Valley Home Builders Association and McGraw Hill Dodge. Our association with these organizations helps us keep up with industry trends and will provide the owner with the latest technologies currently used in the building business.
