This building is one part of a larger campus.  BMA in a joint venture built two buildings and a parking structure to accomidate the growing company.  Each building has underground parking and uses a loop field and a heat pump system to heat and cool the buildings.  BMA worked with Lehi city officials and planners to expedite the review process, reduce impact fees and clear bonding issues to get the project started on time.  Our strength is our ability to provide solutions to the evolving needs of the owner.

Beesmark Office Buildings

This building was originally designed as a steel building, but the cost of steel and detailing prohibited steel construction. BMA assisted the owner in a redesign to wood construction keeping the same character of the building. Ten office condominium unites sit behind the main building to provide space for small businesses. BMA worked tirelessly to achieve the look and feel the owner desired.

Evan’s Hairstyling College

This is the home of the hair styling students of Kellie Evans. Even’s beauty and hairstyling college is one of the foremost in the state with an average of 50-75 students per year. This college was established in 1978 and quickly out grew its location. This facility was designed with growth in mind. It incorporates both a public side with pedicure, wash, and hairstyling stations; as well as, a private side with classrooms, offices, and more. It was a pleasure to make one persons dream a reality.

Liahona Academy

Description/Services: This 12,000 square foot facility houses the Liahona Academy, a private school located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The school will accommodate up to four-hundred junior high and high school age students. During the course of construction the owner’s financing bank out of Nevada became insolvent and was acquired by the FDIC. The original developer of the property, responsible for the roads and access to the site, also became insolvent and did not finish the road construction. Despite these obstacles, BMA obtained approval from Pleasant Grove City for the school to operate by completing the building and necessary portions of the road. BMA is currently assisting the owner in obtaining financing through another lending institution. The school opened for the fall school schedule of 2008.

Experience Dental Lab and Studio

Experience Dental Studio fabricates and molds crowns and other implements used in the dentistry practice. The site contains two buildings, the first a dental lab and the second a dental office. The dental lab is not a large building but its specifications require a high degree of detail in the finish, lighting, interior soffits, exterior masonry work and placement of work stations. The dental lab consists of steel construction while the dental office is wood construction.

Eddington Home

A beautiful brick rambler on just under an acre in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Host to gorgeous walnut hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, turret type rooms, fun loft area for the kids and a wonderful play area under the stairs, large covered deck with a outdoor fireplace and BBQ area off to the side. This house has many amenities that make living easier.

Little Wonders Home

A large home in the Pleasant Grove area had the space but just didn’t feel happy. Now it hosts a wonderful kitchen area, alder cabinets, granite tops, main floor laundry/craft room, main floor master suite, grand family room with a sweeping view into the back yard, upper master suite and 3 bedrooms, full basement with large family room and future mother-in-law apartment. This house now sings-a real Cinderella story of a house.

Pritchett Home

Merril Home

This home was the blot of the neighborhood and now has become a crowning jewel. Remodeled to utilize every sq. foot in a flowing, upbeat and usable living arena. Sports a beautiful fireplace, a working/ fun kitchen, nice size bedrooms, 2 baths on main and laundry, walk-out basement with covered cold storage.

Rockwood Home

This older tri-level just needed some TLC. Remodeled kitchen area, master suite area, stunning paint job and other things helped create a wonderful , upbeat home with a double car garage added that looks as if it were part of the home from the beginning.

Bissell Home

This older home just didn’t have it. Remodeled to include a grand master bath, beautiful usable kitchen, wonderful covered patio area and much more. A spectacular home for any family.
